These are some rough outlines of Artillery operation orders in from the front line – October 1917. They include range coordinates, weapons and ammunition to be used as well as notes for where the men needed to be at what point in the battle. The last image is a hand drawn map from 26th April 1918 on what we think might be a type of resin-impregnated paper (used for its durability).
